Founded in 2009 by K K Luk, K K Holdings Limited bridges investment opportunities between Hong Kong and global markets. With 14 years in the U.S. financial sector at Bank of America, JP Morgan, and State Street Corporation, K K Luk returned to Hong Kong to establish a firm connecting cross-border investments.
His journey began in 1978 as a senior executive at Hong Kong Daily News and Ulferts Furniture, later transitioning to real estate in 1986, where he founded K K Properties Ltd. and K K Real Estate Ltd. and led major property transactions.

K K Luk is a seasoned financial and real estate expert with a career spanning over four decades. He began as a senior executive at Hong Kong Daily News and Ulferts Furniture in 1978, building strong industry connections. In 1986, he transitioned into real estate, founding K K Properties Limited. and K K Real Estate Limited, successfully leading major property transactions.
